now direct inserted the code from the page

now with trick of inline include:

YIPPEE!!!

html seems to work with ALL browsers
HTML seems tp only work with IE7 On XP
(im using ie7 and ff on VISTA)
with the help of others i have proved this to my satisfaction.
what are you useing??
